Regular Cleaning:



  • We carefully prepare an estimate of the workload in minutes, test it under supervision, and you only pay for the actual, meticulous performance.
  • The hourly rate refers to the work of one person, and with an online work report, we calculate in minutes.
  • Includes a minimum of 20 hours per week (e.g., 4 hours per cleaning session in Prague, 5 times a week); outside Prague, a minimum of 32 hours per week applies.
  • Includes a quality control report of the cleaning, the condition of the premises, an inventory report, and recommendations for orders.
  • Permanently monitored randomly by a supervisor.
  • Includes transportation.
  • Cleaning products are included in the price if specified in the offer.

One-Time, General, Special Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sanitation

One-time and general cleaning
399,- / hour
  • Always takes at least 24 working hours per project within Prague; outside Prague, it takes 48 working hours.
  • The hourly rate refers to the work of one person.
  • Includes standard professional cleaning agents; special cleaning and impregnating products will be calculated separately.
  • Requires knowledge of all materials and surfaces before starting work to ensure a perfect result.
  • A flat transportation fee of 600 CZK and an organization and supervision fee of 1,359 CZK are charged per project.
  • A 30% surcharge applies to the base price for weekends, holidays, or an express start within 48 hours.
